How to use

Lingora® Natural Oral Rinse:
For everyday use, rinse with 10 ml once daily for 30 seconds. Do not rinse your mouth with water after use. For intensive use, rinse with 10 ml twice daily for 30 seconds for up to two weeks at a time.

Lingora® Natural Oral Spray:
Apply 2–5 sprays, 1–4 times daily as needed. Ideal for use between Natural Oral Rinse treatments or whenever you need convenient support while out and about.
