Join us from 11:00 - 18:00 for a jam-packed day of free activities from TAI CHI and SOUND BATHS to REFLEXOLOGY and MASSAGES. Don’t miss out on free DENTAL WELLNESS ADVICE, WOMEN’S HEALTH SESSIONS and CPR TRAINING, ARTS AND CRAFTS ACTIVITIES, MOBILE GYM, TALKS and WORKSHOPS.
